THE FOUNDER
Meet the Founder
Roland Media is a prominent Ghanaian Catholic content creator, digital blogger, and public relations promoter. Operating under the motto of “Bringing Altar To Your Phone,” the platform has become a household name within the Ghanaian Catholic TikTok and social media ecosystem by documenting, preserving, and popularizing local Catholic traditions, liturgical events, and hymns.
Key Ministry and Media Activities
- Official Event Blogging. Roland Media serves as an official blogger for major national and diocesan events across Ghana. Notably, the platform served as the official digital media coverage partner for the Christian Mothers Association (CMA) 9th Biennial Diocesan Conference at UMaT, Tarkwa.
- High-Profile Church Engagements. The outlet frequently highlights foundational figures in the Ghanaian Church, including documenting exclusive conversations with Archbishop Emeritus Peter Akwasi Sarpong, the first Archbishop of Kumasi, to discuss the tenets of Catholicism and the Mass.
- Parish Milestones. Roland Media provides video production and coverage for local parish landmarks, such as the 25th anniversary of St. Peter’s Catholic Church at Aboorso in Techiman, and local feast day celebrations like St. Theresa Parish in Asawase.
- Rosary Night Ambassador. In recognition of his extensive digital evangelism and efforts to promote community prayer, the CEO behind Roland Media was officially appointed as a Rosary Night Ambassador.
Through collaborations with local clergy, choirs, and fellow faith-based bloggers, the platform actively promotes Ghanaian Catholic identity, providing everyday updates, Catholic sermons, and educational clips regarding the faith to a massive digital audience.
Primary updates are shared directly on the official Roland Media TikTok page.
